Terms and conditions of use

1. General
FilipinoGrocery.nl is registered by chamber of commerce under number : kvk 58203397 By placing an order with us you are agreeing to be bound by these Filipino Grocery Terms & Conditions. Filipino Grocery reserves the right to make changes to the website without prior notice.
2. Prices
Display product price is in Euro including VAT (BTW), excluding sending cost.
3. Delivery
3.1) Orders will be sent after we have received the full payment including the shipping cost, provided that the goods are in stock. In case an article is temporarily not stocked then we will inform you about this by email or phone. The customer will be given notice of delays.
3.2) The normal delivery period for an address with in The Netherlands is 2-3 business days. The delivery time for addresses outside the Netherlands depends on the location, but will always within 30 days.
3.3) If the stated time of delivery is exceeded the purchaser will be informed. In that case the customer may terminate the agreement. If the customer already has a (on) payment been made, it will be returned within 7 working days.
3.4) Free Postage for orders above 85 Euros. Otherwise, a postage cost of 7,85euros will be charged (maximum weight of 15kg). For countries outside the Netherlands, charges may vary . Please message us for more info.
4. Return policy
4.1) If the customer wish to return item(s) , you must Inform us first via email [email protected] or you can use the "Contact us form" in our website.
4.2) Return articles will only be accepted when are not damaged or used, must be in saleable condition and in original packaging. you may return the items within 7 working days of receiving your order.
4.3) As Soon As we have received the articles, the purchase price will be refunded on your bank account. We will give you the amount paid back pay within 7 days.
4.4) All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer or the recipient.
4.5) We accept no liability for returns during the dispatch by theft or lost. Return shipments are for the account and risk of the customer.
5. Received
The delivery receipt will try in the first instance the package to deliver to you. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to the neighbours or PostNL point in your area. You will be informed about this via e-mail. Please monitor the delivery status of your parcels via track and trace code sent to your e-mail.
6. Editing and Cancellation of orders
6.1) If you wish to change your order after it has been placed or If you wish to cancel an order that has not been processed yet, please send us an email immediately and we will refund you 100%.
6.2) If you wish to cancel an order that has been processed, we will charge you 2 euros for cancellation fee.
6.3) If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, then the return order shipping cost will be the expenses of the purchaser.
7. Payments
7.1) Customer have the option to pay via IDEAL (only possible for the purchaser with Netherlands bank account, internet banking).
7.2) Paypal, is the other option to pay with your creditcard or bank account.
7.3) Money bank transfer, you can transfer the total purchased amount including sending cost to this Bank account number: NL74 INGB 0006 2750 73 tnv FilipinoGrocery.
7.4) Contant, (for pick up orders only or if we deliver the orders to your home).
7.5) As Soon As the payment has been received, orders will be shipped the next business day. If the product(s) is(are) not available, you will be informed.
8. Complaints
8.1) Any complaints about the quality of the product, our service and other aspects of our business can be reported through our contact form or email us [email protected]
8.2) You will received a response from us within 5 days about your complaints.
9. Force Majeure and Settlement
9.1) Force majeure is considered to be a situation for which FilipinoGrocery.nl cannot be held responsible. For example strikes of transport services and suppliers, technical failures and weather situations.
9.2) In such a situation FilipinoGrocery.nl cannot be held liable.
9.3) Together with the customer to an appropriate solution be sought.
9.4) To all agreements you engage with FilipinoGrocery.nl is applicable by the Dutch law.
10. Retention of title

The ownership of products supplied will only be, if the customer has the total amount of the delivered articles been made.


For collection is by appointment only. For delivery via post, this only applies within the Netherlands and Belgium geographical area and is based on individual request. However, it is not advisable to send frozen goods by post due to risk of spoilage. If this happens, refunds won't be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe and there may be courier delays which is beyond our control. If postage is requested, it is compulsory to buy a cooler bag or styro box which can be found on our website's Non-food category. This is to help maintain the quality of your frozen goods.
